White River Junction VA Focuses on Homeless

Date: January 02, 2024

Recently the Valley News released an article on Ask the Question and what it's doing to help veterans across New Hampshire.

"It's summertime, but for some veterans who returned to northern New England after their military service, the living is not easy. For those without homes, winter likely will be even worse.

"Some have general health problems. Others cope with mental illness or substance abuse. Employment, education, transportation – all of the challenges of living in this rural region have the potential to fall heavily on the 73,000 veterans who live in Vermont and the four counties along New Hampshire's western border covered by the White River Junction VA." – Valley News
